Overlay Materials

Tactile: Provides a clear click sensation via metal domes or PET embossing (Mylar dome).
Non-tactile / Flat: No tactile feedback, activation relies on pressure contact.
Circuit Precision
PET silver paste circuit pitch supports 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.27mm, or 2.54mm, with 0.5mm achievable but not generally recommended.

Operating Principle: Pressure applied to the overlay is transmitted to a resistive sensor, causing a decrease in resistance and triggering the circuit. The switch operates reliably without being affected by environmental temperature or humidity. Custom electronic switch components can be designed according to client requirements.
